As the year comes to an end and we approach the darkest day of the year, there is an opportunity to gather together and honor the turning of the seasons. The Winter Solstice is a time to acknowledge both the darkness and the gift of light that is just beginning to return.

A Cacao Ceremony is an opportunity to connect with yourself and to open your heart. Cacao is a medicine that is connected deeply to your heart chakra, and assists in whatever intention you are working towards, whether you are looking to deepen your understanding of who you are, release old patterns and traumas, or increase your self-worth. Whatever your intention is, cacao allows you the insight and awareness to move towards it.

Ceremony to include: Opening sacred space, intention setting, ceremonial cacao, guided heart opening meditation, sound healing energetic work, journaling reflection, sharing circle, closing sacred space
